– L’espèce tarifaire qui est déterminé par le Système Harmonisé est un outil essentiel pour harmoniser et faciliter la circulation des marchandises dans le monde. Le tarif permet le calcul des droits de douane et la collecte des statistiques du commerce international sur la base de la désignation et la codification tarifaire de chaque marchandise.
L'ORIGINE
